UK Bans Conservatives From Entering Country
Those who view Western Europe as a beacon of freedom are not paying close enough attention.
The British government banned a group of conservatives from entering the country over the weekend, describing them as “far-right agitators” whose presence “would not be conducive to the public good.” The identified victims planned to attend a Saturday political rally in London and had previously received permission to enter the UK.
The known targets were American commentator Joey Mannarino and MAGA influencer Valentina Gomez, neither of whom is a criminal. They simply have ideas that the people in charge do not want the public to hear. If a government can ban people for holding unapproved views, then it can eliminate anyone for any reason. This is the path to authoritarianism.
