Union Spokesperson Says Democrats Who Oppose Graham Platner Should… Get Shot?
Establishment Democrats are not supporting Graham Platner’s Senate campaign. According to a spokesman for Maine’s chapter of the largest labor union in America, a bullet to the head may be an appropriate punishment for their refusal to get on board.
“First up against the wall when the revolution comes,” Andy O’Brien, the communications director for the Maine American Federation of Labor and Congress of Industrial Organizations, wrote on social media on Monday about Democrat consultants who oppose Platner. It is hard to interpret “up against the wall” as anything other than a reference to the position of someone on the brink of execution.
We do not share the political elite’s loathing of Platner. He seems to oppose globalist U.S. foreign policy, which is the real reason the people in charge hate him. On those grounds alone, he piques our interest. But shooting people who do not share our view? That feels obsessive, to put it mildly.
